A large number of used cars are delivered to the export yard adjacent to Keihin Port every day, and the condition of each vehicle must be checked and recorded. Previously, on-site work was done using digital cameras and paper checklists, but by introducing CargoNote, checklists, work procedures, and recording functions have all been digitized. On-site work can now be completed using smartphones and tablets.
This initiative has eliminated the need to organize photos and compile paper forms after work, significantly improving work efficiency. Furthermore, data collected on-site is systematically accumulated by vehicle, day, and worker, and information that previously depended on one person can now be built into a highly reliable database.
